ORDER:
Right after your checkout, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order.

After the purchase, please proceed to the online banking or visit your closest bank in order to make the transfer.
Orders, whose payment was not received within 10 working days after purchase, will be automatically cancelled.
If you want to change the payment method, you do not need to cancel your purchase, write an e-mail to info@kraxe-wien.com, provide the number of your order and indicate that you would like to change the payment method.
 
SHIPPING:
We will ship your Kraxe only after its payment was confirmed.
Shipments take between 1 and 3 working days until reaching their final destination.
EU* and worldwide shipments are made with DHL Express.
  • *Shipments to Portugal and Spain are made with DPD
For shipments outside of the EU, 25. - EUR delivery service will be charged.
After payment confirmation, your order’s tracking no. will be sent to your e-mail.
The costs resulting from wrongly entered shipping addresses or address changes after the receipt of the tracking number will be directly charged to the client.
 
RETURNS/CHANGES:
If, for any reason you, or the person who received the Kraxe as a present, are not satisfied with it, you have the right to return or exchange it within 30 days after delivery date.
  • We only accept returns or changes if:
  1. The item gets back to us Up to 30 days after the delivery date
  2. If the item does not show any signs of use.

  • As soon as the item reaches us, we will inspect it.
  • If the item gets lost during the return shipment, we are not responsible for the reimbursement of the item’s value. To avoid any problems, please choose a delivery company with an available track & trace service.
  • Kraxe is not responsible for the shipment costs in the case of return or exchange. For further information, please contact info@kraxe-wien.com.
  • The item will not be reimbursed or exchanged in the following cases:
  1. Inapropriate use
  2. Interference by the buyer or by a third party.
  3. Signs of use or wear caused by the buyer or by a third party.
  • As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it and, if everything is in an appropriate state, the reimbursement will be completed in up to 15 working days after the date of receipt.
  • Duty or Taxes and shipping charges are not reimbursable.
  • The same method used for the payment will be used for the reimbursement.

  • We only accept returns or exchange of items, which were bought through our online shop.
 
Product exchange:
If you wish to Exchange the item, the above-mentioned considerations are taken into account.
  • If an item is exchanged for a more expensive one, an invoice with the price difference will be sent.
The item will only be sent after the payment of both the difference value and the shipment.
  • If an item is exchanged for a cheaper one, we will make the reimbursement.
The reimbursement will be made via the same method used in the payment.

The item will be sent after the payment of the shipment cost.
 
REPAIRS:
Our products have a guarantee of 2 years.
If during these two years there is any problem with your Kraxe caused by a in production error, it will be our pleasure to repair it.

  • A short description of the problem
  • Purchase date and site.
  • In the case of online purchases, provide the purchase number
  • Photos of the backpack and of the defect.
We will be quick to solve your problem so you will be able to use your Kraxe again.
In the case of repairs, we from Kraxe Wien will cover the expenses including the shipments.
Attention, we only send a new product if it is not possible to repair the defect and if it is proven that it was caused by a production error of Kraxe Wien. Before receiving the new product, the old one must be returned to Kraxe Wien. For further information send an e-mail to info@kraxe-wien.com.
